With the popularity of trailruns and the limited entries available in most of them, could there be an option of hosting some of the major races twice a year instead of just once?

Hi, I have just started trail running about two weeks ago, i run the mountain bike routes by Knorhoek up in Sir Lowreyspass, but friendly person asked me not to run alone, apparently not safe for a lady to run alone.Is there any running club or group that runs in somerser west area?

Hi Cape Wildrunners, especially the Somerset West/Stellenbosch lot. Join us Saturday 16 March for the Columbia Trail Run at the Elgin/Grabouw Country Club. 8km/18km trail option. R50 entry on the day, incl 1 x free coffee/soft drink/beer.
